Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid audit packages where field work has not started. Custom SOW engagements follow contract-specific cancellation clauses.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For distance contracts with consumers where applicable under Korean law, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if services have not begun, subject to statutory exceptions for commenced services.

3. Full Refund Conditions

Full refund when cancellation is received before field scheduling and no third-party travel costs are incurred.

4. Partial Refund Conditions

If scheduling began or partial visits completed, refunds are prorated minus completed store fees and non-recoverable travel expenses documented in writing.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed store visits, delivered final reports, rush fees after deployment, and third-party permit costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Email [email protected] with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds process within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation by Peeido

We may cancel for force majeure, safety, or client breach of brief accuracy requirements; eligible prepaid amounts are refunded per the sections above.

8. Consumer Rights (Korea)

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related Korean regulations. Disputes may be directed to Korea Consumer Agency resources where applicable.
