1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing peeido.digital or engaging Peeido for audit services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. Services Description
Peeido provides store-level trade promotion verification, photo reporting, checklist scoring, and related operational reporting for clients in South Korea. Service scope is defined in each statement of work or package description.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must supply accurate briefs, store lists, timing windows, and brand assets. Delays caused by incomplete information may shift field schedules and are not Peeido liability.
4. Intellectual Property
Client-provided materials remain client property. Peeido retains methodology, templates, and platform tools. Deliverables (reports, photos) are licensed to the client for internal and retailer communication as specified in the SOW.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Peeido is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have primary jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
7. Dispute Resolution
Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before formal proceedings. Where permitted, mediation in Gyeongju-si may be used prior to litigation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the SOW cancellation terms. Peeido may suspend site access for abuse, non-payment, or security concerns.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of material changes for site use; active contracts follow SOW terms.
